I’m back!

So I haven’t done much in a few months. Each of my businesses have grown organically a bit, but without much pushing from the outside. I’ve actually changed jobs, moving full-time to the counterpart of business #2, working at Ram Print & Communications. Then my web host, whom I’ve only been with for 10 months, went out of business and took my site with them. I’m back up, and super stable. I cannot describe how stable they are, but suffice to say it takes fingerprints to get into the server room.
But I’ll list some businesses I’ve gotta’ roll with soon:
- fortune cookie company — fortune cookies never have fortunes in them, and that’s dumb. Write fortunes that either really pretend to tell the future, or ones that are campy.
- family history character blogs — take a journal of a long-dead relative; publish it in a blog format with accurate dates. That’s gotta’ get traffic, because it’s a large quantity of sincere posts that have already stood the test of time.
- Rescue/rebuild webpages — basically a site crashes, you use publicly available caches to recreate pages for them.
- last.fm wave graphs — popular, fun, and cannot be printed without specialty poster equipment I just happen to own
- recognition products — I have a sales territory for America’s 4th largest (graduation invitations / cap & gowns / class rings / letterman’s jackets) company
- “class rings” for family reunions, with a full family crest die/mold, etc. Yes, that’s financially viable.
- reselling web hosting for my new host
- dumb pharmaceutical names
- mormon media watch
- I’d still love to have a self-sustaining cafepress-style site one day
Any other suggestions?
